Refund Policy

This policy covers the Home Pros Wall Calendar, once available. Guides, the calendar tool, the climate regions page, the Home Maintenance Calendar PDF, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your calendar, email hello@homeprosnationwide.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the calendar price in full. You don't need to send it back.

Damaged or wrong region

If it arrives damaged or printed for the wrong region, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
